For YSS Lessons enrollment, books, donations and administrative support, the Kendra Office is open Monday - Saturday. On Sunday it is open only during 9:30 am to 10:30 am and 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
The Kendra Office remains closed on all bank holidays.
Sunday - Group Meditation 10:00 am - 01:00 pm
The Conducted Group Meditation from 10 am to 1 pm is followed by lunch prasad. Energization Exercises to be performed individually prior to the meditation.
